Day 7 - I Make Films!

So, today I participated in a panel on film making for a professor friend's film making workshop class. I was pretty surprised to be invited in the first place but he was looking for a counter balance to the directors' point of view. Even as a fledgling producer, I was happy to provide it!

I was able to talk a bit about the line producing I did during pre-production for an indie feature film called AMISS, and about the experience of writing a short film and being a part of the editing process--which is what I'm doing for "A Day in 1951." I don't have any footage from the panel so I decided to show a couple of minutes from the short film that I wrote. It's directed by Stuart Howe, super awesome director and all around ok guy. ^____~

The clip is just a rough cut of the first time to two lead characters meet.The final product will have a different score and lighting but this is a taste of the final product. If you have any questions, ask away!
