I--along with the adorable Peppero--gave a tour of our apartment, which in Korea would be called a "villa" (because every city has it's own explanation for real estate words!) Villas are typically not as nice as officetels or apartments but nowadays, many villas are being rebuilt and redesigned to rival modern apartments. For the most part, a villa is just a midget of an apartment building. Generally, that means no parking (or only one space) and no security guard.
If you watch the video in playlist mode, a video tour of my previous apartment will play automatically. My previous place was a loft officetel in the suburbs of Seoul and considerably nicer--and more expensive! It's an interesting compare-and-contrast.
Anyways, there's only 10 days left! And only 5 days till Christmas. I'm sure I can squeak out a few more topics! ^___~
